Harmonize The World, Through Barbershop Song

In the form of governance of team management, the Regional Management Team (RMT) members work together to provide Regional services to the membership. All Team members are equal in their level of responsibility.

The RMT acts as a conduit between the International Organization and Region 10 members in order to provide education in the most effective manner. The RMT meets 3-4 times a year to deal with planning and policy matters. The communication between Team members takes place by phone, fax and e-mail on a regular basis.
