In the form of governance of team management, the Regional Management Team (RMT) works together to provide Regional services to the membership. All Team members are equal in their level of responsibility. The Great Gulf Coast 8 Management Team acts as a conduit between the International Organization and Region 10 members in order to provide education in the most effective manner. The RMT meets 3-4 times a year to deal with planning and policy matters. The communication between Team members takes place by phone, fax and e-mail on a regular basis. |

Some of the RMT's objectives are to: · Oversee all activities of the Region 10 · Ensure open communication at all levels · Assess the educational needs and plan programs to meet those needs · Provide counseling to Chapters within Region 10 · Monitor Chapter compliance with Corporate and Regional By-laws, Policies and Procedures · Develop long-range plans based on the goals and core values of Region 10 · Oversee and evaluate the implementation of Regional strategies to meet long-range plans · Perform administrative functions as delegated by the International Board of Directors |
